Sales Engineer

Themis Automation Pvt. Ltd. is a leading industrial automation solution provider specializing in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, control panels, and turnkey automation solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to strengthen our business development team in the Vadodara region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities in the OEM and industrial automation market.
• Meet OEMs, machine builders, panel builders, and end users to generate new business.
• Understand customer machine applications and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Promote and sell PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, industrial networking products, and control panel solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
• Coordinate with the application engineering and project teams for technical discussions and solution development.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales or technical support.
• Good knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, industrial control panels, and automation systems.
• Strong understanding of the OEM and machine builder market.
• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens automation products is essential.
• Ability to understand customer applications and propose the right automation architecture and control panel solutions.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Vadodara region and nearby industrial areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and industrial communication systems.
• Knowledge of control panel design, electrical drawings, and automation architecture will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
